Where Ideas Come Alive: Inside HBT’s Collaboration & Creation Space

The HBT library Media Center is a vibrant hub of creativity, curiosity, and community. Each day during lunch, students gather in the makerspace. It’s an active environment where hands-on learning and imagination come to life. Whether tackling puzzles, designing custom buttons and bracelets, playing card or board games, or building with KEVA planks, Magna-Tiles, LEGOs, and more, students enjoy a wide variety of activities that spark exploration and fun!

Beyond the projects themselves, the Makerspace is a place where students collaborate, problem-solve, and support one another. As they work side by side, they build friendships, strengthen communication skills, and learn the value of cooperation. It’s a welcoming space where creativity and connection grow, and where we’re reminded that teamwork makes the dream work!
